Held on September 16th at Discovery Green, the event features top restaurants that will offer unique taco creations.

Danzantes de Voladeros de Papantla - According to the festival, the ceremony of the Voladeros de Papantla is a cultural tradition of the Totonac People of Veracruz that dates back to ancient times. The fliers launch from the top of a pole that stands as much as 150 feet high, and they slowly descend by circling the pole.
Jimencio - Colorado native Jimencio Castillon was born into a musical family. His love of singing began when he was eight, and he went on to learn a variety of instruments. To create his distinct sound, he combines Tejano, R&B, merengue, salsa, cumbia, and hip hop, and he released his first EP Mi Ultima Discupla in 2015.
Mind Shrine - Mind Shrine is a local band that offers a unique generational sound that's widely influenced by jazz, psych, soul, and variations of rock. They know how to entertain a crowd and will play their newest song Goodbye and so much more.
